For over 45 years, Food and Paper Supply Co. has been a local-based leader in foodservice distribution and product sales. Our clients range from restaurant and store owners to healthcare and organizational facilities. In 2015, Food & 0Paper completed the successful acquisition of Concession Services, Inc. and moved its distribution center to a 75,000 sq ft. warehouse in Alsip, IL. We now provide over 700 products to over 500 local and corporate businesses throughout the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area.

Our History
Established in 1977, Food and Paper Supply Co. has maintained it’s commitment to providing high-quality food service distribution at an affordable price. We focus on building long-lasting relationships with both our clients and suppliers, conducting business honestly and adapting to an ever-changing market over the last few decades. Bruce Goldberg and his father, Martin Goldberg, founded Food & Paper Supply Company, opening the first location at 50 E 71st Street on the South Side of Chicago.
Bruce Goldberg’s lifelong best friend, Danny Friedman, purchases 50% of the company. This establishes the Executive Foundation that still exists today.
The location on 71st Street tragically burns down. Despite losing all of their inventory and their distribution center in the blaze, FPS doesn’t miss a day of business, nor miss a single delivery.
Food and Paper Supply Co. finds a new home at 7247 S South Chicago Ave.
Food & Paper Supply Co. acquires Concession Services Inc., moving its distribution center to a 75,000 square foot warehouse in Alsip, IL. Here there are 13 trucks locked & loaded for daily deliveries throughout Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana.
After over 30 years serving the neighborhood, Food & Paper Supply Co. permanently closes its doors on S Chicago Ave. They are now consolidated in the Alsip, IL warehouse, which is also the new home of the Cash & Carry Store. Open for business!
